What is Yoni and Yoga Time?
Yoga and Yoni Time is a healing experience in the form of a mini day retreat that is designed to offer a safe space for women to connect with their sacred femininity and heal through yoga, steam, and conversation.
Who is this for?
This is for women who wish to connect with themselves at a deeper level, getting in touch with the divine feminine energy within them. This experience is also for women who are looking to heal their wombs, women looking to connect with other women in a safe, healing space, and for those whom are curious about yoni steaming.
What is yoni steaming?
Yoni Steaming is a very gentle process that does not involve any sort of high- pressure application of hot water. “Vaginal Steam” many prefer to call this gentle process Yoni Steaming because it is more than simply the vagina and external organs that benefit from the steam. There are many benefits such as menstrual cramps, infertility, excessive flow, vaginal dryness, menopause symptoms and vaginal laxity can be helped with a Yoni Steam. The warmth and moisture increases circulation to the vulva, causing it to open up and expose the inner labial mucous membranes.
What can I expect?
You can expect a safe space for you to heal whatever comes up to heal, without judgement. In addition, expect a nice yoga flow, and womb connected meditation to support your body and mind through your healing experience. Your yoni steam will consist of an organic herbal blend with you sitting on a throne chair with a missing center to allow for the mild steam to flow.

What do I need to bring?
Bring a journal to jot down anything that comes up for you during your healing process.
Everything else will be provided for you! We will have yoga mats available to use, but feel free to bring your own if you wish. There will be water and teas, and light eats to nourish your body. Come with good vibes, and an open mind!
Please be on TIME, as you’ll have to wait to enter once the healing circle begins. The first 30-45 mins will be dedicated to the registration.
