Who is this for? Women and Womxn
What to expect? We will discuss loving yourselves, showing up and being present. Removing negativity, any blocks, and changing or updating our narrative. Come with an open mind and embrace your body through sensual dancing.
The evening will start with a meditation, Yoni Steam, after we’ll pause for small eats and sisterhood circle time, we will toast and get ready for a choreograph dance. Don’t be shy! Come and enjoy the evening!
What to bring? What ever shoes you want to dance in, a journal (if you’re called to do so), and an OPEN MIND.
Contradictions: You can’t steam if you are pregnant, have an active infection, on your menstrual, or have any open sores in your vaginal area.
There will be small healthy eats and infused fruit water. We will serve one glass of champagne for the toast. This is a BYOB! We are restricting alcohol beverages to two per person due to this being a private event.
